Cancellation Policy:
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment your payment will be retained. If you are able to reschedule a make up appointment for the same week there will be no additional charge.
Class Descriptions:
VINYASA
The union of breath and movement. Vinyasa classes range in rigor and speed depending on the people in the room. Each class will always include strengthening and stretching postures, breath work and mindfulness practice, a brief meditation, and opportunities to adjust the flow to suit your personal needs. Appropriate for new and experienced yoga practitioners. All are welcome.

Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, private sessions offer personal instruction designed to fit your individual needs that can be hard to find in a group setting. Private sessions are appropriate for all levels. My private sessions focus on body alignment and the union of breath and movement to inspire a better balance of mind and body both on and off your mat.
